Sarah Collins

Sarah is a BC Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Metabolic Balance Coach, Virtual Gastric Band Therapist, Certified Esthetician & Massage Practitioner. 

 Sarah became certified in esthetics and massage in 2001, and early in her career had the privilege of working and learning from industry leaders before founding Natures Way Holistic Health Centre in 2018.    With a keen interest in skincare Sarah wanted to go a step further by being able to help her clients from the inside out, as most skin ailments start from the inside, so she returned to school in 2014 and graduated  from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition as a BC Registered Holistic Nutritionist.  

Being born & raised in Fort St John, Sarah wanted her community to have a natural health centre that offers a collaboration with other like minded holistic healthcare practitioners, so to offer a well rounded experience to all that visit this centre. 

Robin Giles

Robin Giles is a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist (BCST) registered with the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada (NHPC). She provides a multidisciplinary approach to Craniosacral therapy, integrating various aspects of Polarity Therapy cultivated by Dr Randolph Stone. She has worked tirelessly for the past 6 years both academically and through her own life experiences to develop the skills to help clients of all ages and walks of life, regulate and resolve their arising difficulties in present time. Robin will continue attending focused trainings and post graduate seminars with Body Intelligence to broaden and enhance her scope of practice and remain up to date on current research. Robin is thrilled to be able to offer people in the peace region this brilliant, non invasive, light touch therapy that creates lasting paced change in their overall holistic health.

Cassandra Lillico

Phytotherapy Practitioner (Herbalist) & Reiki Master. Born and raised in Fort St. John Cassandra’s holistic journey all started when she shadowed an

acupuncturist, leading her to Pacific Rim College in Victoria BC where she studied TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) and Phytotherapy. As she studied, she developed an interest in

energetic medicine and soon became a Reiki Master who works deeply with the twelve chakras.  Developing another interest of the conscious and subconscious minds she studied and became a Certified Theta Healer. She has also worked in a natural health store where she gained more knowledge of nutrition, homeopathy and supplementation.

Cassandra has recently moved back to FSJ and is looking forward to helping you on your health journey.

Tessa Brekkaas

   Tessa is a Certified Holistic Nutritionist. She lives and works from Calgary, and runs the online programs and meal planning we offer here at Nature's Way. 

     Tessa grew up with a passion for food and helping people. 

At the age of 17 years old she was diagnosed with Mono and incurred all that a serious case brings with it. From there she realized what she put in her body hugely affected how she felt and how her body would heal itself. This experience prompted her to go to school for Nutrition, and  in 2014 she graduated from the Canadian School Of Natural Nutrition in Calgary Alberta. In 2015 she completed the Advanced program in Immunology, a branch of biology that study's the immune system.

    She is dedicated to helping people overcome their health struggles  from autoimmune conditions to hormone issues to finding a balance in ones diet, these are some of her favorite topics to study and help people with. 

Jessica Logan

Jessica like many of the other practitioners at Nature's Way, was also born and raised in Fort St John and practices many different holistic modalities. She is a Certified Reflexologist, Reiki Practitioner, Life Coach/Holistic Counselor, Neuro Linguistic Practitioner, and more recently has become certified in Indian Head Massage.  

Jessica is accredited by the IPHM (International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine) and IICT (International Institute of Complementary Therapists).

Erika Daisley

Erika is one of our Front Desk Attendants, as well as one of our Chair Massage Practitioners.  Many of you might recognize her, as she had previously been the front desk attendant at Serenity Spa where she enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and conversing with clients.  Nature's Way was the perfect fit for Erika after the closing of Serenity, as she enjoys seeing people live a healthier and happier lifestyle.  

When your short on time but feel the tension in your neck and shoulders, make sure to come see Erika for a seated chair massage and she will help relax those tension areas away! 

Alice Byron

Alice is a graduate form the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Victoria, BC. Growing up in the Gulf Islands she has a love for the outdoors. Alice enjoys spending quality time with her two young children, hiking, swimming and playing soccer. 

During her education Alice’s passion for anatomy, health and wellness only flourished. Using a variety of modalities such as; myofascial release, trigger point therapy, Swedish massage, muscle energy temporomandibular joint dysfunction and joint mobilizations Alice works with her patients to relieve pain not only during the massage but create a comprehensive plan for optimal health outside the treatment room.  

Julia Haggstrom

Julia is one of our Front Desk Attendants. Julia has a passion for health & wellness and loves meeting and interacting with people. She has a background as an admin assistant. She is fluent in English, German & Russian. Julia recently completed a Botanica Health Certification Program.  Botanica is a natural health product that we carry here at Nature's Way that is created from herbs and whole food plant ingredients that helps you achieve your best health through a natural, mindful approach to wellness.
